Is the Reputation Fixes Mod compatible with TR?

Also, does anyone know if TR adds any reputation gains/losses to the vanilla questlines?

The TR_Factions plugin does rebalance how much reputation you get from vanilla questlines, but that is an optional plugin. IF it's not enabled then TR should be compatible. I can't guarantee that, haven't tested it specifically, but I have no reason to think it won't be fine.
