After finding the barred door just inside Anbarsud, speaking with Eraris will result in the dialogue "The door is locked behind us. I don't like the look of this" which seems a bit too specific considering he doesn't know the situation just yet. He maybe should say something like "The way forward is barred and someone closed the door behind us. I don't like the look of this."

I'm playing the quest randomly, just found the guy while exploring.
