Description:
From the description of the Sadrith Mora TG quest, it's pretty clear that this book is specifically meant to be the recipe collection of Dinera Othrelas and should only be found in Llethri Manor.
It should not also be in the house of some random guy in Teyn (Merius Jade), which is currently the only other Mainland use of it.

It ain't that great of a book, but Infra wrote a replacement text for it that it will hopefully get updated with sometime anyway
