First of all, thank you, thank you, thank you! This is an amazing project, and I'd like to contribute in some small way. I'm not sure exactly what you could use me for, so I'll let you 'sort' me.
Background: I've played Morrowind for years, but unfortunately have no experience with modding, other than playing various mods. I've found the ones I like best are those such as TR that stick close to vanilla.
My trade: I teach ESL, but I studied creative writing at uni, write as a hobby and have done some copy editing and such.
Work: Something to do with writing. Quest dialogue, editing, etc. If possible, I'd also like to try writing a few quests. (Not sure if this is doable, because someone else would have to create them.)

I'd reccomend asking in the Discord (links under the community tab), as people are more active there.
But I do know there is a big need for dialogue for towns and the like.

There's three major ways we can make use of writing skills around here!
--ingame literature
--quest ideas
--dialogue
Ingame literature you just write up a book--lore or inworld legend--and post it in the asset browser.

Quest ideas also go in the asset browser. Currently we are seeking miscellaneous quest ideas for Hlaalu and Indoril areas, with some flavoring of Camonna Tong or any of the Imperial Guilds for Andothren.
Dialogue is also something that you can write without any need for going into the CS, though it's also highly encouraged you get a basic working knowledge of how quests in Morrowind are handled so that the quest dev can put your dialogue in without having to modify it much.
